dee-lightful, dee-troit

From San Antonio in Texas I took the 1555 mile bus trip to Detroit, and I was lucky enough to be staying with former croydonian Keith, his wife Corina and daughter.  I am again, very grateful!

Much like Texas my negative pre-conceptions about Detroit were false, and it turned out to be an awesome place.

and rather stunning.

Sunday is football day in America. Had an awesome time going to see the Detroit Lions get a narrow win.

We also went to the Holocaust Memorial museum.  An amazing tribute, detailing a despicable act.
